Just couldn´t handle it anymore

Couldn´t handle anymore my parents fighting in the food table so I went and cut four wounds on my arm(thankfully not very deep).

I´m regretting it now, but at the moment I just couldn´t handle that situation anymore.

Anyone else experienced something like this?

yeah i hate family things or just friend gathering things
makes me nervous/mad/angry/sad all at the same time O.o
Like after we came home late on christmas and my brother and everyone were fighting i just quietly slipped away.

and yes maybe punching a bed post is sh? it sure is harmful.
