Hey dudes,quick q,i recently bought the i7 processor iv wantd 4 a while,the 1035(straight outta japan)
And ive got problems with the excessive heat it produces,my current watercooling system isnt doing the job.any suggestions?
(Ive heard of liquid nitrogen cooling-but is it safe?)

Make sure there is some decent thermal paste on the chip, make sure it's not too thick or not too thinly applied. Better thermal paste reduced my temps by a few degrees. Also make sure your case has a good airflow, and your watercooling system is set up properly with a good supply of air.

Does the thickness of the thermal paste really make a difference?
Oh and my case has been modded for better air circulation as has my water cooling system to keep it cool.

Yes, too thick and it just doesn't work properly.. too little and it wont provide a proper contact on the cooler.
