Rap rock (Linkin Park, Hollywood Undead, Chronic Future)

Pop punk (Goodnight Nurse, and though I know like a million pop punk bands, I can't think of any other off the top of my head... Its too early. xP)

And other than that I just like any Indie/Alternative rock, techno/electronica, rock, 'hardcore', 'pop', some rap (anything from Flobots to Fort Minor) and some country...

Hmm, I also left off classic rock.

And I also like some classical music, but I don't listen to it often.

That and I also like some experimental and 'underground' bands.

And I pretty much like all music, unless its so terrible it doesn't deserved to be called 'music.'

I get sick of trying to group the bands into certain sub-genres, so I'll just toss them out, put them into whatever one you want: Symphony X, Dragonforce, Children of Bodom, Finger Eleven, Death, Rob Zombie, P.O.D., Linkin Park (mostly their Hybrid album, a bit of some new stuff if it's the same), Slayer, Metallica (especially the S&M versions), Black Label Society, Pantera, Damageplan, Steve Vai, Racer X, Rammstein, Shadows Fall, classical music, Dimmu Borgir, etc... . Lots of it is some form or another of metal (note, by classical music I don't mean classic rock but simply classical music).

Jazz-Rock fusion is fucking epic, i.e Frank Zappa and Jean Luc Ponty. They're probably the two artists that I listen to that are a part of a mixed genre.

Mathcore is a rhythmically complex and dissonant style of metalcore.Much like math rock, mathcore incorporates heavy usage of unusual time signatures, jarring tempo changes and unconventional song structure. The influence of metal and metalcore is what sets it apart from math rock.

I would still call it some genre of metal. Although the sound of the song does change, the lyrics still would be under some genre of metal.

Sorry to bust your bubble but KoRn isnt numetal, they even said it at a concert once, "Alot of people have being saying we are a Numetal band, Now i hate the term Numetal, we are just a band that rocks, we are KoRn. Were not metal, Numetal or whatever, we are just korn" seriously, i dont know why everybodys calling korn NuMetal...
