How can i help my best friend

My best friend is amazing. Seh is like the perfect person until she found out that i ws depressed. After that things changed she became daker seh began to change she started to cut and she started to say sheis depressed. i dont believe it but she is always talking about how she doesnt want to live anymore....im not so sure anymore

My friend freaked out when he found out I cut, I had to keep reassuring him and show him my scars so that he knew i wasn't still cutting. All I can say to help your friend is to help yourself: maybe if you act positive and happy, it'll bring her mood around.
