well if you tell him waht to do, its not rly a tehnique, i think, yea you insert your finger in your anus, but you can use a lot other things, but remember! nothing 2 big, lots of lube and be gentle

Usually putting something in your butt, typically a finger for beginners. But, make sure that what you put in isn't so small that it could get lost in there, or so big that you damage something. So, all you need is a finger and some good lube. ;)

You have to take care about many things. One of them is what are you gonna use, if you are going to use your fingers, cut your nails, but if you are going to use an object, I recommend you to use one with round shape, do not use another shape 'cause it can hurt. Simple, what I mean is never use anything that you could lose hold of and which could get lost inside you. It does happen, and when it does its no joke. It may take surgery to remove the lost object and that surgery can leave you damaged for life. So, in particular, make sure its long enough not to get completely lost it there.
