Always thinkingg about hurting others

This may seem weird but in the back of my mind i always have like a little voice that is like omg stfu all the time or man just sock the guy already even when theres nothing wrong with them and i picture myself doing it in my mind too like shooting them or just being destructive for no reason. What is wrong with me?

Obviously, there's a part of you that's very angry, and this little voice is telling you that. You're Ok aas long as you donlt actually listen to it!

Try to find out what's angering you, and address it directly, rather than keeping it inside. But, do not 'address' it by doing anything other than think about it and figure out where it's coming from and why, and maybe talk with some other trusted people!
