Glad she came clean about that. What a horrible thing to do to someone! I didn't believe her for a second anyways, knowing how tattoos are generally done. It'd be especially hard to fall asleep while getting a tattoo on your face of all places, given that it's thin skin right on top of bone, especially the area around the eye socket. They need you awake anyways, so you can hold still. Also, except for details like shading or pixy dust, the basic design is almost always marked on the skin beforehand. The artist will let you see it in the mirror and then make any changes in design or placement to be sure that you like it before they make it permanent.

Instead of facing up to the fact that she did something stupid and got in trouble for it, she tried to force the artist to pay £10,000 for something she specifically asked for. People like this make no sense to me.

I think it's just stupid to get facial tattoos. Plus this is stupid. At least she came clean, it sucks that she would try to make someone else look bad just for her own personal image.
