That's probably not the best idea.
First of all, a girl isn't a piece of meat. She has feelings, she wants to be loved,not just looked at. Think of the girl's feelings, are you just using her, or are you going to find someone you appreciate and like?
She might not be comfortable with that anyway, and only ask when you are close. If she says no, don't pressure her.
Simply ask her " You're so beautiful, can you take your shirt off?" Or something along the lines of that. There really isn't a special way that will make her say yes. And do not give her money. Also, do it in a private place, where no one would intrude.
Oh, and by the way, if you don't like what you see/it's not that satisfying, don't be surprised.And don't point it out, you will hurt her feelings. Most girls don't fully develop until around 16, anyway.

Um, I don't like to be picky. Maybe this would work, but I doubt it. Mainly, this is NOT reverse psychology. Reverse psychology would be trying to convince her NOT to take her clothes off and she would do it anyway because she would want to do the opposite of what you want.
