I am not really sure? I am guessing you could since there is sexual fluid transmittion in the process, but I wasn't 100% positive, so yea... I think herpes in general should be considered a "severe case" because I mean, I have had something that was like it (but you get it when you are really young, and it goes away by the time you are about half way through your teens) and it is PAINFUL/IRRITATING/ANNOYING! and if you touch it, it spreads!!!! Then again, I have just been through so much crap in my life, that it is just yea... i am not really sure. But herpes sucks... not going to lie.
