I was doing so well! :? I wasn't cutting and I was really happy...for the first time in a long time but... that all went down the drain when my bf told me he had plans to cheat on me! I went insane. I cried for 3 days...and then tonight the knife came out of the kitchen drawer and opened me to release my pain! I cut.... 10 cuts on my wrist. All that I had worked for lost and a promise broken. :x I promised him I wouldn't do it but I did! Help me!!! :(

With this "addiction" there are bound to be some mess-ups, but when they happen, my advice to you is to pick yourself back up and continue on. A long time ago, I used an example to explain, imagine riding a bike. You fall, get a skinned knee, now what happens? Do you quit and not get to wherever you were going? No, you jump back on that bike and try again. Cuttings the same way, you cant quit because of one little "relapse".
Sorry for my lecturing. :?
Good Luck!
