Its because Adobe figures, correctly, that people will pay A LOT of money for the best thing out there. Just like Apple....lol

I meant it like this----People will pay more money to get the better 'thing', whatever it may be.

It's because it's Adobe, they charge copious amounts for their products, nout you can do about that prices I'm afraid unless you buy student editions of their software. It's still rediculously expensive then though.

There are other ways to get it without paying, but they are illegal and can't be talked about on the public forum here.

If you do want to use it, the best thing you can do to keep on the right side of the law is either to buy it or just get a 30 day trial of whatever it is that you want to use. I think Adobe has 30 day trials of pretty much all of their software products on their website.
