Assistance Needed!!! How do I know if he's bi too?!

Okay, so I met this guy and have like, completely and utterly fallen in love with him but - I'm pretty sure he's gay or bi, but I don't know for certain. I want to know but I don't even know if he likes me (even if he is gay/bi) and he doesn't know my orientation, at least he'd only be guessing - none of my friends know (bar 1 but she's bi and in another circle entirely)

An if he is and we go out *fingers firmly crossed* then what happens when my school find out? I'm a very public figure and I have a number of enemies... But they might leave and not come back to the 6th Form...

um i guess if you are close you could slowly bring in the topic of doing things together and stuff and see if that takes you anywhere? or you could be bold and flat out ask him of course there is the consequence of him telling everyone at school that you asked him out if you are wrong...

well I mean he doesn't go to the same school (at least, not yet) but my only concern is people know people who know people, and I just happen to be one of those dudes whose know about by everyone. I mean we're not really close mates, either, I don't like the idea of going flat-out just in case it's a no and I'm like *bummed out* but that might happen even if he IS gay and just doesn't like me in that way...

Oh s**t! I mean it's not like we meet up just us two or go round each other's houses for sleepovers. We meet up in a big group of friends, who I know will accept me (some of them are bi) but...

I mean I really like him...
