Ok,

1st: My penis, it is now always like and inch lower than my sack, is this ok?

2nd: I was talking to someone from my school (Girl) and she was asking me out, and she is smoking hot, but I think she just wants me for my penis. I don't really mind this,
but should I dump my girlfriend for a hotter one?

To answer your first question, yes it is okay that your penis hangs down lower than your testicles. Secondly, you should not dump your girlfriend just because another girl is "hotter". I mean, sure if you went out with her, you would get props from your friends and stuff (trophy girlfriend), but when it comes down to it, love is the one thing holding two together. Think about it this way, would you rather spend the rest of your life (marriage) with a girl that is REALLY hot, or with a girl that looks pretty good that you love with all your heart and can have really good/intlectual/interesting conversations with? You should not "dump" your girlfriend just becasue she is not as "hot". You need to look deeper into their personalities and who you would be happier with, afterall, I really doubt you are going to have sex with the other one ALL of the time and not even talk. I personally would not dump her, because you went out with her for a reason... You just have to remember why you went out with her in the first place.

1. completely normal, your balls are sometimes not hanging lower than the end of your penis, it may stay like that or they may drop more.

2. Absolutely not (In my opinion), you may hurt your current gf and may not be as happy with the new one because as you said, you think she wants you just for your penis, meaning it may end up being a "short term" relationship.

2nd: No, more then likely there will always be a girl that is hotter then the other so don't go JUST on looks. If you are happy with your current gf then keep it that way.

If your dating someone purely for their looks (and as you say they want to date you just for your penis) then the relationship will get stale really quick. Relationships need more than physical attraction to survive. I wouldn't do it...it sounds like you have a good girl already and I don't think its worth it to break it off.
