Depends on what you mean by "blue balls." If you have testicular discomfort from being aroused but not ejaculating, you need to ejaculate. If you have blood pooling in your testicles, which are literally blue, you need to see a doctor immediately. You have a hole in the wall of the inside of the penis. If you have not been aroused without going to ejaculation, and your testicles are sore more than a few minutes, you need to perform a self-exam of each testicle and the vas deferens (the tube from each testicle that send sperm and spermatic fluid to the penis) to see if you have cancer or a spermatocele (blockage of the vas deferens).
