Even guys get a bit of a breast development, so that's normal.

Nipples come in different shapes and sizes so I wouldn't worry about that.
Usually new hair itches because your skin isn't used to it yet, but it will "desensitise" in time.

When my body hair first started coming in it was really itchy and annoying. My suggestion is to make sure to firstly keep yourself clean by showering daily or after any intense physical activity and to secondly keep your body lubricated with a good lotion or cream. If the itchiness is super bad, then use calomine lotion on the affected area, but don't use too much of it as it is medicated. Generally, using lotion or cream goes a long way to keeping your body less itchy.
As for your nipple issue, that is really common in boys in puberty, and I am too tired to remember the medical term for it right now. It is gynec... something. I am sure one of my knowledgeable counterparts can fill in the blanks. It usually goes away by the end of puberty, and don't worry about it as a lot of guys have the issue. As long as you eat right (www.mypyramid.gov), exercise in moderation, and stay away from bad stuff like drugs and alcohol, then you will have an excellent body which everyone will like. No one's body is perfect, and trust me, you are not the only guy in puberty who has something on his body that concerns him.
