I don't think that means your body wants milk. You yourself probably just want milk

There is evidence to support that we have cravings based on actual needs, but sometimes it simply is just a craving. Drink some milk, and it should start going away soon enough. I doubt you have a calcium deficiency or anything like that.

Sometimes weird cravings are just that...
But, even though you don't give an age on your profile, I'm to assume you're a teen. Most of us are still growing (especially guys, you tend to get taller closer to 14-16 whereas girls tend to hit *near* their adult height around 12-14), and that means bones and muscle are growing. Milk has both calcium and protine, which covers both.
Either way..it's not like you could actually drink enough to hurt yourself (Our stomachs are only so big, and more than .. i think it's a half gallon, and you throw up)

If your craving milk, you might as well drink it, maybe go for a skimmed one to cut down on the fat :P and if your that worried about any kind of mineral/vitamin deficiency you can get a tablet supplement which has all them in. [All in one vitamin daily tablets and things like that]
