It's "chunky" because your semen has been piling up. Some guys actually don't do it for a long time so when the do it they would get the biggest orgasm that they've ever had. So yea, two weeks sounds long enough for your semen to be like that

The consistency of semen can change depending on time since last ejaculation, but it's all OK.

As an FYI, semen doesn't 'dry up' internally, it stays the same in there, but it can seem thicker.

okay, sorry, thats not qute what I meant, I meant the cells have a short life span and therefore die before being ejaculated, I think I read somewhere sperm cells attract each toher, so tat is what I meant by dry an go hard (death)

Lots of sperm build up instead of just semen would probably make it thicker. You're fine :)
