My friends and I hang out in a "click" kind of thing and my best friend will take a pen or a fork and cut up her arm at lunch and its kinda making all of my friends sick what shoul i do???

you should probably tell her how its making you all feel. i know its offensive to most cutters to day that its for getting attention, because its not, but i think in her case because she is openly doing it it might be for attention. tell an adult about it if you think she is really injuring herself badly - cutting can be fatal.
