I've got quite a bit of it. I'm going on a swimming field trip tomorrow, and I don't know what to do. I don't want anyone to see it, and it would be hard to hide without a t-shirt on. What do I do?

AHHH i went though this i have like 2 scars :( if you really want to limit attention from it i suggest putting something on the acne to decrease the red-ness of it , so you could possibly google like ways to limit the redness and such i hear tooth paste does it pretty well but its up to you if you wanna use that or not; good luck!

Put on some antiseptic cream (sudocream or germoline if you have them) and possibly take a few SMALL doses of anti-inflametry (they take the redness out) Also, Talcum Powder keeps the area dry at night so they dont get worse.

Many kids have back acne, it's normal and you shouldn't worry about it. It's not like anyone is going to stare at you because of it. many kids have a serious case of acne on their face at my school and I don't see them trying to cover it up and hide it. It's a natural part of life and you shouldn't bother youself with something so trivial as back acne.

Put some toothpaste on the pimples and leave it all night, then wash it off tomorrow morning. It'll dry out the pimples and get rid of some of the swelling. Hopefully getting the swelling down will help with the redness as well.

Don't worry too much though; if the other boys are the same age as you, I highly doubt you'll be the only one there with back acne.

I have the same exact problem as you do. But my school is so horrible about anything that isn't "beautiful". They see anything abnormal on you, your hair, moles, freckles, birth marks (sad i know) and they will point it out. IT sucks big time being at my school. All I do is take GIANT prescribed pills to help control it. And the pills dont work.

it's normal mate. if it bothers u that much, see ur doc. they use laser for that now, quite effective i hear

I'm sorry about the pool thing and some of the guys being assholes. But really, it's all normal and there isn't much you can do about it other then trying to use creams and stuff and that's not always 100% effective based on what oters have said. Just don't make a big deal about it and be glad that you don't have worse issues. You're not the only one with this so yeah you're not alone.

if you make sure they see it more often then the next time u go on a swimming trip they shouldnt make fun of it as much.
