porn is a confusing thing
once i watched it once, its seemed like whenever i went on the computer i ended up watching porn
i really wanna stop, so im trying really hard
alot of guys will say 'oh whatever it is norma'l but an addiction isnt
just try your hardest not to stop, and once you havnt for at least 2 days you will gain momentum and then just continue IF you want to stop
yes porn is a natural thing to watch and be curous about but an addiction is not

I honestly find nothing wrong with it. But, there are some types of porn that are just.....too gross to really mention (i.e beastiality). Of course, an addiction isn't normal, but looking at porn once or maybe twice a week isn't going to kill you. If you can ween yourself off of it for a few days, then you'll get the momentum to stop. It's ok to look, just don't let it get out of hand though :)

Some people want to remain virgins. Porn is a fine alternative to sex.

I think porn "addiction" can be normal for our age, but, BE CAREFUL!!! bc porn can make you believe a false idea about what sex really is. In other words, don't believe everything you see in porn because it's not true.

I can tell you that I was addicted to porn, but if you think it very well, there are many things much better than porn.

Porn is absolutly fine for people our age, but an addiction isn't. An iddiction isn't healthy at any age. Really, all I can say is, you need a bit of self-control. The fact that you're creating a thread asking for help is a step forward, now kick yourself in the butt and stop yourself watching this porn! I know I'm making it sound easier then what it actually is, trust me, because I know what it's like, but seriously. Self-control, please!

If you cannot bring enough self-control to cut down the amount of time on porn, try getting out more or finding something to take up you're time. Finding something to do/going out means you won't have time to think about watching endless hours of porn, it might help you just get straight to it.

Of course, I'm not saying ban porn altogether, but cut down. I totally understand and agree with what someone said above. Once you first watch porn, lots of people get hooked. I did. But once you cut down, you'll realise it isn't that bad. Please trust me on this. Get some self-control! I found the self-control, and I started going out more, and now I don't go on much at all. Once every other week? Not even that. I can go for months without watching it.
I hope this addiction stops :)

Porn IS addicting but you should stop before you get too addicted, what you should just do is to try to stop by doing something else.. Like having a relationship and actually doing things with a girl, or for some, a guy.. That's what happened to me, or just keep yourself busy I guess

Removing the problem is not a form of solving it, it’s like taking drugs from a heavy drug addict they start to have withdrawal symptoms and find other ways of achieving the drugs.

Porn is normal for both teenagers and adults of both sexes and like other people have said "it's sometimes hard to j/o without it", so give it a few months (maybe years) when your hormones die down and you find someone you like to replace the need for it (or at least most of it). Also porn is not a good way to remain a virgin for it increases the need for sex and as you get older and have more freedom it will just ruin your love life.
