Umm I'm 13 and I don't know whether my genitals are maturing fast enough.

My penis is only 4and maybe 1/2 inches long and its not very thick.
Also the skin on my sack is peeling a bit and the testicals are rather small maybe the width of my penis. Another thing that troubles me is that my pubic hair is red, will it go black?

dont worry, you are only 13...you have soo much time for it to thicken and grow..and the same thing with your testicals... and i think you should talk with a doctor about your sack, but you should use lotion first and see if it'll work.. and about the hair color, if your head hair is red then it should be red...but if your head hair is black and its red..then sorry idk wats going on..

At 13 no normal person is going to be fully developed as many people your age are just starting out in puberty. The average male penis size is between 5 to 5.5 inches, and you practically have an adult sized penis at your young age which is a good thing. No one here can tell you how long your penis will grow, and the reality is that penis size doesn't define one's masculinity. Remember, puberty is a 4-5 process, and you have a lot of time to grow.

As for your pubic hair colour, there is a chance it could darken, but then again it could stay red especially if it is red now. There is nothing wrong with having red hair whether it is on your head or on your body, and red hair actually is very attractive.

when I was your age I was maybe 4 and a quarter so you are perfectly fine you still have a while no need to worry.
