The title speaks for itself. I've forgotten happiness. For three years. The feeling has drifted so far I don't remember it. I don't have confidence. I don't interact with people at school. I'ts just so blah

Just probably think of all the good things that you have that others have..that usually brings up my confidence..or it could also be doing great academically in school and in sports in school..just like me and it brings up my confidence..

Hm, how do you bring up your confidence? You make friends, and try things, just because. Not because you want to, just because..

you can try to write a list, of all the GOOD things you have done/ achieved. Think about your friends, and ask yourself if you were so bad then why are they still your friends.
also you can...try to not care what other people think. I know you may think "How am I supposed to do that?". Well the fact is that you can't change what anybody else thinks. As often people care more about themselves than they care about you. So inevitably you shouldn't care about what other people think of you. You are NOT put on this planet to please all. It's OK to fail, it's OK to be different, it's OK to do what you feel is right for you!
You should have strong beliefs and try to follow them in whatever way you can, so them you can say atleast i have tried. Its a good way to stay strong, when people have low confidence their lives are filled with negitive thought which would grow and grow to the point of breaking...if it doesn't stop. Therefore you should STOP negative thoughts now...although i know that this may hard.
You can also write goals down on a piece of paper, and once in awhile you can look at the sheet and remind yourselve of why you need to achieve them...then once you acheive then the greatness of that achievement is immense. However you must remember that it would take time and you should not give up trying as this would make your selfconfidence worse. So you should have extreme determination and faith. Know that if you have set your mind to do something you will obtain it.
sorry if this isn't helpful

It's not easy. I totally know was it's like to feel disconnected. Infact, I'm fighting it now. Just see a therapist. It's the best thing I've done to help myself
