Me and my boyfriend broke up about a month and we still are friends but then when me and my sister were IMing him one night we made a joke of how "my wish came true and i got rid of him" it was only a joke but he got mad and i have tried to apologize for it since but he still won't talk to me and the messed up thing is he will talk to my sister and she is the one that came up with the joke and not me. the thing i don't get is why he is not talking to me but he can talk to my sister? i mean why is he getting so mad about it when he knows it was a joke and the fact that he is mad about it even though he has a new girlfriend is confusing me? how can i get us back to being friends? because i do still really care for him and would like us to be friends again.

Well he's obviously hurt by this. He liked you a lot, and you just hurt his feelings a little more. It is a bit immature though to be hurt by a joke, but he'll get over it.

He probably still isn't over you yet, so was hurt by the joke. Personally I iwould say give him some space then make an effort to talk to him once. If he is still being off with you just ignore him and move on.

if he doesnt talk to u in about a week ask ur sister to talk to him
