Periods... Help!!!!!

i wanna start my period soon... idk when ill get it.

can u plz help me try n figure out when il start?
like, will it be in 6 months, or a year, or 2 years, or what?

Breasts? [yes, kinda small, but yes]
leg hair/arm hair? [VERRRRY little, i dont even have to shave]
underarm hair? [no]
underarm smell [yes... i use deoderant]
pubic hair? [yes]

Nobody in the world can tell you exactly when they will start! It could be tomorrow or it could be in weeks, months or over a year. Just make the most of not having them, because from what I've heard they are a real pain sometimes! Also, when you do start you'll most likely be irregular, meaning you could have one and then skip a couple of months before having the next. You just have to wait for it to come, there's nothing you can do to make it come any quicker! Hope this helps.

okay you DO NOT want to start your period i am just thirteen and started when i was 12. it sort of matters about your age now too. most girls start between the ages of eight and fourteen. with the information you have gave about yourself i say in the next few months you will start. but it is very annoying you DO NOT want to start!:what:

No one can tell you exactly when you will start. Like Ziggy said, it could be tomorrow or it could be years. Some girls start as early as 9 or 10, and some start as late as 14 or 15. I started when I was 12, and I think either 12 or 13 would probably be pretty close to the average age that most girls start their period.

Don't be worried about it, but don't be so eager either. Just enjoy not having one while you can. When it does start it will mostly likely be very light, so you don't have to worry about getting pads/tampons. You'll have time to get them after you start.

I'm not really sure why you would want to start your period. I'm guessing either your mom fed you some crap about it meaning you're a "woman" or else most of your friends have started and you just want to feel mature. Don't worry about that. You'll start whenever is natural for you.

i wanted to start as well. but when i got it i was sooo wrong. i have so many pains including back, leg, belly, headaches and migrains all at once....you really want that?
also sometimes you can get heavy periods which isnt very nice if your sat in a class and you feel it come out:L.

You really won't know when your about to start until it happens to you, there isn't really anything to distinguish a set time. It happens when it happens, however from what you have said, I'd say you seem to of barely started puberty so your most likely looking at having to wait a while.

However, I've got to say, you really don't want to have them. They are the most annoying thing in the world, especially when they first start as they are all over the place. Periods aren't bad, they just aren't anything to celebrate. Should just be happy while you don't have them, your going to worry enough about them when you get them, you really don't want to start before you have to. I would of loved to of been a late starter and not of started until I was 15/16, would of been great, sadly we don't get what we want.
