I hate to break this to you guys, but women are not instantly loose once the hymen is broken. It has to do with the individual person's anatomy. For some girls, it takes a pretty long time before sex stops being painful, and it still can be again later on. Masturbating doesn't really make much of a difference either, especially because any woman who really knows what she's doing knows that she doesn't have to actually get inside to pleasure herself.

I dont think the hymen has much to do with tightness and once broken it will never grow back.

Make sure you take time over your girl friend, dont just jamb a finger right in. Do everything possible to make sure she's lubricated before you go any further. If she isnt getting juicy then she's not mature enough and you should ease off so as not to hurt her.
