Umm. Any part of your body turning blue is indeed a sign of lack of oxygen and/or blood. This is a serious sign that something may be wrong with your circulatory system and you may want to think about seeing a doctor. I know it can be akward but this kinda of thing can be the tell tale for a different problem.

Well your body was taking oxygen away from some useless tissue (penis, eventhough most of us think its really useful ;) ) to supply it to your muscles.
If it is normal now then youre fine. If it stayed blue for a while, then your circulatory system isn't working that great. If it happens to other body parts too, you may want to see a doc.

Yeah, you were fine, it is just a result of exercising. You definitely don't want it to stay that way though, because then you can have serious problems.

Ok, I have a problem with all of these replies because no part of your body should turn blue unless it was dyed like a tatoo or something. If part turned blue while you were excersizing then, yes, this means your body was using blood in a different place or oxygen was being supplies to a different part. However, your body should be able to do this while still sending sufficient oxygen and/or blood to the rest of your body as well. You should seriously consider seeing a doctor about that. Especially if it continues. This could be a sign that you have a poor circulatory system.....not good.

Well geez. No need to get upset. Just giving advise. Yes your are right. Your blood is blue when oxygen deprived but all blood in your veins, (as opposed to arteries), is blue, but you don't usually see it. If something is blue that isn't usually that means that something has changed. If you don't believe that you have a problem then why even post?
