Ever feel so pointless you wish you could just blow away with the dust in the wind?
everything you make an effort with just gets thrown back in your face and every problem that appears just gets brushed under the carpet.
well its time to make a change :)
there are lots of different things you can do to try and keep yourself busy and keep your mind off everything that's getting you down. giving you a clearer mind to think everythying through.
this post is for everyone to submit idea's that helped them to try and help other people too :)
tense your jaw and fists for 3 seconds and the release. do this as many times as you like. that's best for when your parents are shouting at you or arguing about things or in any general argument :)

Long story. But i had a bad day, came home to talk to some people and a girl i REALLY like said something that i took as a really bad thing, and it kinda spiralled too rapidly for me to take care of. And then i wanted to commit suicide, was totally depressed and thankfully david from vt kept me at my laptop so i couldnt go and get a blade

:/ its good that you've got someone to help you with everything on here.
maybe when these things happen you should go for a walk to clear your mind. that seems to work for a lot of people. but not if you're goingto reach for the blade though :/
but if you can trust david and others to help you then that's something you have to look up at :) x

Heya, i've gotten into the weird habit of grinding my teeth, it's really bad and people hate it, but it helps me, even though I don't do it consciously. Another thing I do is text my friends, it keeps my hands busy :) I have also gotten all of my friends to write loving messages to me in a yearbook which I can take to uni with me and read when I'm feeling depressed, I think that will help a lot. Writing poems and getting all emotions down on paper can help to, if they can be described, if not, draw or paint a picture...even if it's a scribble. :D
Everyone feeling ok?

:)
yeah. keeping yourself busy in which ever way is better for you is good. then it almost completely takes your mind off things.
counting coins helps me :)
i have a jar of silvers and coppers. and i just sit there and pile them up into the different coins. then add them all up. the noise when you put them in and out of that jar is good too because it's loud. and almost smashy like in a way :)
