I have never experienced it, but it probably looks just like normal cum, you just cum too quickly, instead of working up to the orgasm, you just kind of suddenly blow your load.

The cum is no different to any other cum, all it means is that you orgasm sooner than you really want to. It wouldnt happen to many guys if they were just wanking on there own, its more likely to happen if a girl or another guy touches you when you're not used to it or if you find yourself in some new horny situation.

You're a bit confused here I think, your original question was about premature ejaculation, which is what we've answered, but now you're talking about precum. These are 2 completely different things.

Precum is a natural lubricant that is produced when you're aroused as a way of getting your penis ready for penetration in sex. Its normally clear, not white like cum, and is produced in much smaller quantities. It doesnt shoot out, it just sort of oozes. Precum tastes pretty good to me, you could say "finger licking good".

To be honest its not something you would measure. You just become aware that its damp or sticky round the top of your dick. For myself its not usually in huge quantities, just depends how hot I'm finding whatever it is thats turned me on.
