Can females produce out breast milk even if they're not pregnant or haven't been pregnant at all?

Naturally...not really?
I did some quick reading and if the person...adopted or something, there are some methods to get lactation to occur.
But I mean, a woman produces milk a couple years after having a kid.

Yes you can take hormones to stimulate lactation.

With Hormones yes because some women want to breast feed but cannot rpdocue milk for some reason. No you cannot create it unless your pregnant up until the baby is weened and the body stops producing milk or you take a drug to stop milk production

Completely possible! Not particularly common, mind you, but completely possible; and you don't nessisarily need artificial hormones to do it.

Don't wanna take my word for it? That's cool. Look it up:

Google Hyperprolactinemia and Pseudopregnancy.
