Yesterday I pulled my foreskin back for the first time. When it's back and I get an erection it constricts below the glans and hurts. Your glands aren't used to it yet. Masterbating often should get rid of the titening and will allow your glands to adjust accordingly.

If it hurts back there, don't keep it there for long! That red area underneath near the tip is probably the frenulum, the normal 'drawstring' that keeps it attached to the front. It's normal to be red and look like an irritation.

Everyone is right about moving it and stretching it, it'll eventually be Ok back there behind the glans/head. Until then, just do what's comfortable, and remember to give your penis 'air time': When you're in the shower, retract and clean, and pull it back and forth a few times, and retract when you urinate.

I have that red patch as well. At least mine is like a little red 'mound' right under the urethra. My foreskin has been retracting for some time now, so it must be normal. The foreskin tightness should go away after time, but you have my sympathies because at first it is a real pain. Just wait it out.
