Don't try that, that's just spraying chemicals into your body, and they heal much better if you just leave them alone.

Your body is designed to heal cuts on it's own without any...outside help.
Do not put hairspray or any other aerosols on your wounds. The chemicals could possibly hurt you or cause pain.
I think creams that are for cuts and such would help.
and if you are concerned about scarring try to find healthy alternative methods of coping.

Ehh.. i see that being a meathod of infection.
Serouslly. I see the logic of why you might think that, but it's a *better* idea to cover it with antibiotic stuffs or even just a bandage.

NO! Do not! Put DOWN the hairspray!
There is a reason they tell you not swallow that stuff. It's BAD.
Use a scar cream, or something that is designed to heal without scars.
And tell your friend to stop and make sure none of the cuts are infected. She could be in serious trouble.

You shouldn't be doing anything to raw flesh (cuts) at all, apart from keeping them clean and covered if need be. The body has a pretty good way of healing its self up, just let it do its thing.
Also, to put it bluntly, putting hair spray on any kind of open wound would hurt. A lot. From my own experience, putting aftershave on after having wet shaven stings like heck, so I can only imagine how much it would sting to put it on broken skin.
