when i masterbade i feel weekness in my legs and pimples come on my face

The weakness would most probably be because of fatigue; regardless of apparent ease, masturbation actually takes quite a toll on the body.
Also, theoretically masturbation releases hormones that cause pimples. It's also a theory that you get pimples around the same time as masturbation because the same hormones that cause pimples cause sexual urges. There isn't a definite solution, so I'd just get as good of acne meds as possible, and maybe go to a dermatologist if it gets really bad.

Well, honestly masturbation will not play a huge part in acne unless you do it too much ..Over-masturbation or excessive sex causes excessive stress (dopamine-adrenalin convesion) and excessive DHT (testosterone-DHT conversion) that trigger breakouts...but mainly,Its just a common teenage thing...
Your hormones cause your skine to produce excessive sebum which causes acne.
best way to deal with acne- find a nice cleanser and keep your face cleen...personally I buy this neutragena kit, comes with 2 lotions and cleanser....does the trick for me...
but If its serious, as stated above...see a dermatologist.


and as for what is too much masturbation?
personally I'd say more than every other day or daily.
But Im honestly not sure...

so thats why i had severe acne because i jerk like ... more than 5 times a day ... :O ... I have been seeing a dermatologist for the last 2 years ... and i have like swallowed 6000 pills ... and the course is not finished yet ... I am so sick of it :(
