Pre-Cum, or pre-ejaculate is the clear, slippery substance excreated before ejaculation to lubricate the penis and allow the forskin to slip down more easily.
Ejaculation: the act of ejaculating. In other words: 'when semen comes out of your penis'.
Orgasm: "(noun) The peak of sexual excitement, characterized by strong feelings of pleasure and by a series of involuntary contractions of the muscles of the genitals, usually accompanied by the ejaculation of semen by the male. Also called climax." <--- Dictionary dude, use it. :p Basically, it's a fancy words for: "when it feels really good"
What It Feels Like: Well, there isn't any word for the feeling in general. The orgasm is when you have that wave of pleasure centered on your penis.
Also:
Cum: used both as a verb to describe the act of ejaculating, and as a noun to discribe physical ejaculate (semen).
You usually experience orgasm when you ejaculate (and vice-versa), but not always.
If you have to ask if you've had an orgasm, you almost certainly haven't had one.
