Well............

Complimenting is the best way to start. No pick up lines about how beautiful she is, that's just stupid. Just having a friendly conersation with her goes a long way. Girls like to talk about themselves, so listen, and if she says something like "Ugh I'm so ugly!" (they do say that it's weird) just say something back like "no your not! Your beautiful to me" and things like that. Comfort, connection, communication, and understanding are the four biggest things in relationships, and it seems as though you already have communication down, so now it's time for comfort!
