Well, first off, never take porn as sexual advice. They edit, change, delete, add on, etc. to make everything "perfect".
In real life, things happen a lot differently.

Anyways, they probably get an erection slower because they spend their time having sex all day for photo shoots. Their bound to get used to it after a while.

@john, not everyone will get erections at the same time, not everyone will get them at the same speeds. Nothing to worry about.

I think there was something in a blog that I read about this. It is because porn stars are really paid to have sex, and they don't think about the person they are doing, and are usually not really attracted to them. Sex in porn is like pointless sex for the reason that when a couple is having sex, it is physical and emotional. When they are doing a porno, they are missing the emotional part, therefore do not get off as easily, and/or that they are faking it by thinking about other people (ie, their gf.)
