Ok so im really pissed off if any of you remember my last thread i think about a year or so ago (about my evil brother inlaw & sister moving in for 6 months pretty much taking over the house) yeah well they've been out since before december last year, which is good this has nothing to do with them.

But since they've left I had forgotten how annoying my mom & sister were I guess i was stressed from them and forgot about the other people that annoy me :( And today was i guess just a build up over time of getting harrased heres what happened.

Ok so I was reading a magazine on the floor while the tv was on (Ya know just a lazy sunday afternoon) anyway I was watching (well half-watching, mainly reading) Malcom In The Middle I watch it sometimes but anyway I was reading and my asshole-of-a-sister (the last one at home who i mentioned in my other thread the the "holy-always-right" one) and she goes "WHAT ARE YOU WATCHING STEVEN!?!" I was confused I wasnt even watching tv then I look up and its just showing a character on the show (Francis) giving a chick a backrub (who was in a 1 piece swim suit) And I was like....umm then she told my mom and I got in trouble!?! Like really.....what the ****!?!!!!!!!!! Thank god for the internet or i'd seriously be a mental confused teenage with no idea what sex, love or anything is! I've never heard anyone in my family mention the word "sex" or anything. Even when my dad gave me "the talk" it sucked and if I didnt know anything would leave me so confused. Oh and to make things worse my sister that used to occasionally stand up for me just got married. :(

But yeah.....Anyway so I get in trouble for watching this...Also another thing my mom thinks the rating "M" means the rating "MA15+" (The ratings in Australia go like this: E (Everyone), E+10, G (General), PG (Parental Guidance Reccomended), M (Mature), MA15+ & R18+: So like our "M" is like the version of "Teen" or "12+") but my mom doesnt get the diffrence. So I bought a game behind her back thats "M" (James Bond Quantum Of Solace) even though she said its "to violent" . But I turn 15 in November so yeah I just keep telling myself "just afew more months" then I can get "M" games.....*sigh* anyway like i said in the other thread "Im going to be a tottally diffrent parent". So overall my 3rd sister is overprotect and just like my mom who think everything is evil.

Sorry for the uber-long post I just needed to let it out. :whoops:

That's silly. My mom used to be uber overprotective, like when I would go on the computer she would be like, "What sites are you going to go on?" "What are you going to do?" "How long will it take?"
And she blocked everything PG-13 and up. It was silly.

Unlucky, i have no restrictions on what i go on, on the internet. Or what i watch. i played my first 15 game at the age of 8, and it was half life original. I watch 18+'s all the time, annd play 18+'s all the time .

None of those things are that bad. Siblings are always annoying, so just try to avoid your sister. As far as your mom, you could at least be somewhat honest with her. The fact that you went behind her back to buy the game in the first place implies that you had something to hide.

Yeah well my mom was born in the '50s so shes not up-to-date with technology :P (including ratings ect...) or how to block things. But she always asks what im doing or looks at what im doing its annoying.

I've watched lots of MA15 movies ect... I think its because they're so overprotecting it like uhhh...makes you want to do it so bad since its like "forbidden fruit" so to speak.

Well the problem is im doing homeschool now. And my sister is always at home and my mom doesnt have a job! Im thinking of going back to school.
I probable wouldnt be hiding anything (much) if she actually knew about this stuff (like how ratings work and stuff), she treats me like im like 10 yrs old.

That's parents for you. You should expect nothing less from your mom. It's her job to protect you and make sure you aren't exposed to anything you shouldn't be. Yeah, she sounds overprotective to me. But you know what alternative is? That she doesn't give a crap. And you know what happens to kids' whose parents don't give a crap? They end up being the ones who drop out of school, can't get a job, abuse drugs, abuse their friends, don't know how to handle themselves. You should feel blessed that your mom loves you enough to monitor what you do. You've already proved that she can't trust you because you go and buy M rated games behind her back. She has a perfectly good reason to stay on your back, even if she doesn't know it. I know mature rated games and movies may seem like "the forbidden fruit" to you, but the truth is they're not really all that great. Your life won't be any more fun that it already is when you get old enough to watch stuff that's just going to corrupt your mind. Just deal with it and she'll probably lighten up as you get older.

Btw, the orange font color is really annoying.
