Ok now my second thing to do with school this one is easy (tho not for me)

What program can i download to watch ROQ files (files made by id to be used in their games)

Im probly googeing the wrong stuff :\ i dont know.

Oh, whoops, sorry. That's the .roq encoder. :p
The K-Lite codec pack (Google it) (Full installation) will install the proper codecs to play .roq movie files.

VLC player should play that, it will play just about anything!

VLC actually can't play .roq files: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/features.html
