Hmm i think you should tell her in person.
It would be a lot more romantic and she could tell by your face that you mean it. If you do it over msn she might think you're joking.

I would tell her "I love you." Word to the wise, don't say it on MSN. For one thing, it could come back to bite you if she is kinda weird, like my friends, and saves conversations. Seconly, it is so much more meaningful to say it in person. People know you actually mean it then, and over MSN, it could appear as though u were just saying it kinda like a greeting.
