My friend was talking to me and a bunch of others and he said that he shaves his hair down there. I want to because just like him i think it is disgusting. How to i do it?

Wait, you think pubic hair is disgusting, not shaving itself, right?

Anyway. VERY, VERY, VERY, (I really can't emphasize that enough) carefully. Now, you can either use an electric razor, which I totally recommend, but if you can't get a hold of one use a normal razor, with a lot of shaving cream, and very slowly. No one wants to get hurt down there. Period.

It is best to trim it very short and then shave with razor. Be very careful and use some aftershave, because the skin will be irritated after shaving.

No itching - trim. Use small scissors, but BE CAREFUL. Do it slowly and carefully.

Or, if you really hate pubic hair, shave it all off! But as Will said, do that carefully too. It's more likely to go wrong than the above.

If you're really sure on shaving, try trimming first.
Whatever you do, I would recommend the following tips:
- Try shaving/trmming before you have a shower. That way, when you wash, you will be washing away all the stray hairs instead of it still dotted around in you're underwear, or if you do trim it.. It will get caught in the rest of you're hair. So yes, try doing it before you shower :)
- Try moisturizing afterwards. Shave/trim, have a shower, dry yourself properly and then moisturize.

Even though i'm a girl, I shave down below. I find these 2 tips very useful, and I don't get itchy :)

Men shouldn't save unless they want to look like a baby! Seriously, girls (and most guys) hate it. Plus prickly much! It will itch like (the curse word that ryhmes with itch ;) ) besides why would you want to do that! God if it's big, which isn't an actually problem for most people, it's usually for guys (and girls) that are overally hairy (and that means everywhere else to) and if they are...they trim.

No one likes a bald cock!

What I do is trim until it's really short (carefully of course, but that's kind of obvious) then shower, because not only does it make things neater for shaving, but it also allows the skin to soften up and therefore be less likely to become irritated.
After you've showered, apply liberal amounts of shaving cream to where ever it is you're shaving, and then CAREFULLY (again, quite obvious) shave with the grain, meaning you're shaving the direction the hair is growing, which in most cases, is down.

Normally when I do it, I'm careful, but not to the point where it takes me a long time. I just trim, shower, apply shaving cream just to the area above the base of my penis, then use lots of water on the shaft and scrotum, to ensure that there's that "lubrication" (I put lubrication in parentheses because water is not an actual lubricant) to prevent any itching or redness or anything. Finally, I wipe it all down with a warm, damp rag, which again, softens the skin, and then I apply aloe to moisturize it.

REMEMBER: ALWAYS use warm water, ALWAYS shave with the grain and ALWAYS be careful. (I'd say ALWAYS moisturize too, but it's your perogative)

Very nice instructions Taylor.
Also, IMO you don't have to do all these if you shave often, like once a week. You have to do all these just on your first time. I've been shaving down there once a week for 3 years, and now I do it just with hot water and a simple razor in the shower.

Ok, I'm sorry and all about you getting cancer. But that's the most ridiculous suggestion I've ever heard. He wasn't asking how to get cancer, to be totally honest... Who would?

I'd just trim it really short, then use a normal manual razor and be very careful.
