For all the people out there who self harm, well i'm here if you want to talk to me, i was self harming for 13 years and i do some counselling now for people like you who need help and cant talk to their parents or see a counsellor
Do not hesitate to talk to me, will be my pleasure to answer your questions and help you find the light
i'm not here to judge, just to listen and find a way to make you understand yourself and why you self harm, kick the habit, its possible , i'am proof of it

hi, this is my first post, kinda seeing if its working but i do cut myself ocassionly, i just dont want my parents to know because they might send me to talk to some1 face to face and i really dont want that... i want to talk to some1 about it but without my parents knowing, can u help?
