im like such a hypo chondriac (excuse spelling) When i think im having trouble breathing i do and when i think that i cant sleep i cant. I know that i am and i can stop myself. BUt whenever i think something is wrong i feel like something really is. I just wanted to know if anyone is as bad as i am

once you say to yourself you cant sleep, you lose confidence, how about trying to say, you CAN sleep

i think thats sorta normal, happens to me a lot, if i think im sick, i end up being sick, cuz its all in my head, and uh if you tell yourself "i can sleep" you gotta mean it, otherwise, you'll know your juss saying it and it wont help but thats normal i think ;)

Im the same. When i think about not being able to breath, it sorta comes into play and stuff. Also with the sleeping thing, im the same. I dont know what to do either.
