ejaculation is not what makes masturbation feel good. Orgasim is, and it goes along usually climaxing when you ejaculate. Actually, not all girls can. Only about ten percent of women ejaculate when they orgasm, and as Koler said, it does not contain sperm. It is merely there to be used as lubricant, really.

yea, its because when a woman becomes very arroused, like right before/during sex, the vagina becomes "wet" for lubrication purposes so the penis goes in easier. and as said before, that is the same reason why girls "cum" sometimes at orgasm

Everyone know the female orgasm is an elusive myth. The fact of the matter is, no man will ever please a woman in that way.
