i'll be fine, and then sometimes out of no where i get a feeling that gets me angry. it's only for like an hour and i get pissed off, like i want to hit somebody i don't. but to take out my anger i usually go on the xbox and teamkill and listen to other people's reactions that always gets me a good laugh. but what should i do continue what im doing or tell someone.(i'm 15 if this helps at all)

Hi budd55 welcome to the forums, Anger is a natural part of life unfortunately but some of us like you for instance have it worse than others.
talk to a counselor about anger management it can really help get to the bottom of why you are feeling the way you are feeling.
And with a little work you can successfully control all of your anger.

This happens to me to, it seems stupid. I'll just see something, that I know is fake, or acted out, maybe even on TV, but it for some reason just REALLY pisses me off. I just get away from whatever triggered it and try to clear my mind.

I find that exercising or taking a walk calms me down.

the same things happens to me anything simple can set me off even my mum when where watching tv going "oh and do you know who he is and surely you know him" he's from some bloody movie i dont care about!!!!!!!!!
i broke my wardrobe and punched a hole in the ceiling because of it.
how i get rid of it is by eating junk food, keeping myself out of reach of things i would like to keep (like my psp game of need for speed, that i crushed in my hand because the slang was stupid) and a stress piggy is quite helpful too

thank you for your support, i do go to the weight room for football and that makes me feel calm, and it usually when i dont go that i get mad but i will talk to someone and try to go to the weight room more often to try and get rid of my anger.

Go jogging if you don't have something readily available for you. That, or do push ups, crunches, squats, calf lifts, et cetera.

Budd, it's always good to have a few things that work for you here to relieve your anger. So, if physical exertion (like exercise) works, that's Ok, if something sorta brainy works, like reading, that's good, too. And talking it out with someone is a good thing as well.
By having many ways to relieve the feeling, you're pretty much guaranteed relief. Sometimes, you might get angry, but b/c of the weather, for example, you can't go for a walk, or if you're stuck in a car you can't pull a book out, so it's good to have many things available to you that will work. Maybe you can practice all of them so they're equally effective for you.

I say continue what you are doing.
Thats a good way to cope with anger and stress. You aren't destroying or harming anything. Thats good ;)
Keep going to xbox and finding funny stuff. Physical activity does help though. But it seems your agner is just like...in a certain moment so maybe jogging or like..pushups or something may help too

That happens to me as well. As a previous person said, I also find that exercising and reading both help with anger.
