every once in awhile red dots might start to show up around my groin area, but then go away in about a day. Anything i should be concerned about?

Could be ingrown hairs.....Did you shave by chance? That could be why as well.

Do you do anything to cause it like shaving?
Or maybe a rash.
Dunno...but If It looks bad, might not be a bad idea to get it checked out

if you shave down there it's likely just to be the little bumps hair grow out of and you have shaved to close to the skin other wise im not sure

Well...could be that your scratching down there too much. I would probably get it checked out though. Just in case. I doubt it's anytrhing serious but I'm curious as to what it is.
