It varies over a very wide range. Anything from 3.5 to 5.5 would be normal with lots of guys in the 4.5 area. Some guys will already be bigger at 14.

probably somewhere around 4-4.5 avg Id say, but Im not sure. Everyone is different and develops fasteror slower than others, so there's probably a wide range from 3-6 even.
