I think this is in the right place?

Basically for a long time now (a year and a half, maybe) everytime I wake up, no matter what time, or how long sleep I've had, even if I wake up naturally, I still feel extremely tired and usually slightly ill/sick for about an hour. I can't get back to sleep no matter how long I try so I'm always tired.

Also recently I haven't been able to sleep for up to 3 hours or longer in the night. I'm tired, mostly, but I can't sleep. I usually go to bed around 11 or midnight but still cant sleep untill 2 or 3. Nothing helps. Sometimes I am so tired I just lie there crying becuase I just can't sleep. My parents wont let me take sleeping pills because my sister overdosed on them. i dont know what else I can do- counting sheep and stuff like that doesnt work, if I'm thinking about something I can never sleep. Also I sometimes get random panic attacks when I'm trying to get to sleep and that really doesnt help!

Any suggestions welcome, thanks :D
Epecially about the first problem, it has been going on for some time and is not getting better :/

i get that all the time

what i do is listen to music to help me relax

as for feeling tired in the morning i usualy drink coffee lol

^^True, music does relax you. At first i thought it would keep me up, but then i woke up with earphones in my ears and music still playing...:rolleyes:

As for the nausea, the best thing to do is to go for medical advice

Make sure you eating a healthy balanced diet, it does wonders for how you feel, also try to get some more exercise, if you a feeling physically tired it is so much easier to go to sleep.

This is not a "Mental Crisis". It is a health problem.

Try tightening all your muscles (i mean ALL your muscles) all at once and hold for 5 seconds or so. Then, when you let go, your muscles will be even more relaxed than before! Also, listen to relaxing music helps me a lot. Put your ipod or whatever so that it switched off in about 15 or 30 minutes so you dont wake up and musics still playing :P
Drink some hot chocolate, or anything hot (apart from tea or coffee!!!).
Oh and if all that doesnt work then do some maths, that would put me straight to sleep xD
