Yours dribbles simply because everyone is different. The amount of semen you ejaculate and its pressure depends greatly on your physical maturity, and how much semen has been built up. For example, if you don't masturbate for a week then it will shoot more than if you masturbate every other hour.

it would be a lil disturbing, but yea, some people produce alot more semen so they have more buildup/pressure so they shoot. Others dribble because everyone is different and it doesnt mean you need to see a doctor or something. Drinking alot of water could help but there isnt much you can do except over time build up stronger pelvic muscles and all the other ones that involve in ejaculation. idk about fiber, fiber is basically to "smoothen the ride" for all things being digested so idk if it would help sperm production, but it could :?
