I've been hurting myself for four years and I can't stop. I'm afraid I might go too far if I don't pass this test. It's stuck in my head it's like a membrane,I pass I keep living like this , I fail I don't live at all . I won't be able to move on if I get stuck like this I really need to talk to someone right no,I can't sleep.f

the only thing i can say is find hope some where or in some one and hold on to that just find something good in your life and live for that

when you get though this you will be strong and happy but it takes alot of time and faith
