Atonement

I have a hard time remembering and always taking my medicine everyday. I try, I want to, but I have problems.
So, any tips on how to remember to take my medicine habitually?

Stick a post-it note on the inside of your door, so you see it in the morning when you get up and at night when you go to bed. Most meds are either daytime or nighttime, so this should be something you notice around the time you need to take them. You could try to get in the habit of taking your morning pills when you eat. Take them before you're running out the door with your shoes in your hand and your jacket half-on -- otherwise you'll forget, trust me. xP Maybe, take your nighttime pills when you brush your teeth. You always brush your teeth every night, so it's just one thing you need to add on to your normal routine. Actually keeping the pills in the bathroom next to your toothbrush is a bad idea, moisture and all, but eventually just brushing your teeth will remind you to take them.
My best advice is just to work it into your normal routine. Eventually it'll be second-nature to ask yourself, "Did I take my meds today?", and then to get to where you take em without having to remind yourself. It could also be good to invest in a small pill-box, keep it in your backpack. Schools don't like you even bringing cough drops, usually, but if no one sees it it'll be fine. My college doesn't care, but I did it in high school too and no one ever noticed. In the pill box, you keep one of everything, in case you forget and don't realize it until you're out of the house. It's also handy for staying the night at a friend's house. :)
