View Full Version : Some advice, please?

Modus Operandi

Earlier this school year, some friends of mine who tend to like to make others lives as difficult as they can, asked my crush out for me. I didn't ask them to, they just did. At first I was ready to kill them, but then she said yes. DURRRRRRRRRRR... I was floored. We were "going out", which in my school means almost nothing at all, for like about a day. However, me and my crush never actually talked to each other in this time period. Only because we have NO classes together AT ALL.

Advice on how to follow up?

So... this happened recently?

Get her number or IM or SOMETHING! Communication, connection, and understanding are the three most important parts of a relationship, along with trust. You need to find some way to communicate with her! Just catch up to her after school or something, get her # or IM or Skype or whatever, and talk away.

Update us on how this goes too, I like fresh starts.

Ugh, I've been in your boat before, I had a friend who asked this girl to a homecoming dance for me, we all knew she liked me, I didn't like her. She was so excited to go, he texted her from my phone, so it looks like I said it, I could have handled it better but long story short, I went with her. That's totally off topic, I'm sorry, on to you, but I can relate!

Yeah you totally need to talk to her, if your dating her, go on a date! Surely it's almost summer break for you, so you can hang out with her, quite a bit!

Also I would talk to your friends, tell them next time to let you do it, and they were really asses for doing it. Hopefully you can get your friends under control a bit, and hang out with your girlfriend. So good luck, have fun!
